We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Restate on Apple devices you own or control. The app's audio, video, scripts, and artwork are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, extract, redistribute, or resell any content, or use it outside the app.
Restate offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly or yearly) that unlock the full content library. Prices, including any introductory first-year price, are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
Restate provides relaxation and wellbeing content for general informational purposes only. It is not medical or mental-health care, and it is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or think you may harm yourself, contact local emergency services immediately.
You agree not to reverse engineer the app, circumvent subscription checks, scrape or bulk-download content, or use the app in any unlawful way.
Content is downloaded on demand and requires an internet connection for first use. We may add, change, or remove content and features over time, and may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
